VEETRACK GPS Fleet Management

Guiding you with true independent advice

Step One

STEP 1 Evaluating All Your Needs

The fact-finding meeting

Before we can give you proper advice, we need to gather as much information as possible about your business, your fleet and exactly what you need to achieve from a tracking solution.
This will usually involve an initial face to face meeting with you, probably at your own office. We will give you some information about Veetrack so that you can ask any questions and gain a level of confidence in us and the advice we offer.

During the rest of the meeting our main aim is to do a needs analysis with you to discover your key requirements. These include the benefits you know you need to get and also any important benefits which may not at first be obvious. You can expect questions such as:

• How does your fleet currently operate?
• What are the major areas of concern / issue / expense?
• How aware are you of current legislation as it affects your drivers and vehicles?
• What benefits would you want to see from a tracking solution?
• What would you like to be able to achieve in the future?
• What cost savings would you most like to make?

We will also explore with you aspects of implementing your solution such as;

• Ease of use
• Overcoming driver objections
• suitable financing options
• your training and support requirements
• Any bespoke programming or integration requirements
• evaluating your financial savings when the system is implemented

With this information we will be able to look at your current and future needs for vehicle telematics. If you have an existing agreement, we will need to discuss the details to assess whether we can truly offer you value in the short or longer term.

After this initial meeting we may contact you again if we feel there is anything additional we need to fully understand in order to make a detailed proposal.

We don’t tend to offer a product demonstration at this initial meeting. Why? Well, admittedly all our products look great when you see them working with colourful maps and vehicles moving in real time on the screen. However, it takes a reasonable amount of time to fully demonstrate each product and we don’t want to waste your time doing this until we know which product and features are your ideal in terms of value, performance and features for now and in the future.

Selecting the best solution

Based on your needs analysis, we will be able to consider all factors and your priorities on each aspect in order to select the optimum solution for you from an extensive range of possibilities. We may be able to give you an indication of the products we think are suitable by the end of the first meeting, or we may need to take some time to work out some details such as financial costings to determine what is best for you.

If it’s free, how can you be sure that you can trust our advice?

Firstly, it's about experience. You'll benefit from a professional company that has been operating successfully since 1986 (And there are very few people who can say that). As a division of Veecom, Veetrack is part of an organisation which has a large and solid customer base, with an average client retention of over 90%, well above the industry average. This speaks volumes about the quality of service and advice we give our clients.
Secondly Veetrack lives and breathes vehicle tracking! We love this fascinating technology and because we continue to build our reputation on providing the best solution to our clients, it’s our business to constantly research the marketplace to ensure we are on top of all the different developments, technologies and solutions. We also work closely with our chosen manufacturers to ensure we are continually and methodically informed from numerous different sources, including training and pre-announcement information.
