STEP 2 Presenting Your Ideal Solution

Your proposal

Shortly after we have all the relevant information we will produce a Proposal, which will be sent by email to you. This takes the form of your needs audit & quotation summarising the information gathered from you. It notes the points that were discussed, which might be of interest to you in the future.

Your proposal will outline the solution which best meets all of your most important criteria. We will clearly outline the benefits of the system, explain how your needs will be met and detail the financials.

How can you be perfectly clear about what we are proposing?

We talk your language and always make an effort to present the information in a way that is easy to understand. But, should you not understand any of the terms (and it's true to say that some of the technologies available are very complex) we are here to answer your questions and will be happy to demonstrate their practical uses to you.

We will arrange to visit you to present our findings and recommendations in person and to demonstrate the recommended product to you.

Your Product Demonstration

Using the knowledge we have previously gathered about your individual needs, you will receive a very tailored demonstration, to give you first hand experience of the products we are recommending and to show you exactly the features which will be of particular interest to you. The product demonstration will be “live” and interactive, allowing you to ask questions and allowing you to feel confident that you have experienced all the important bits
